VIGO, SPAIN — Real Madrid head coach Carlo Ancelotti has removed any doubt regarding his attacking lineup for Saturday night’s La Liga battle against Celta Vigo, confirming that both Kylian Mbappé and Vinícius Júnior will spearhead Los Blancos from the opening whistle.

Mbappé, who utilized the recent international break to undertake an intensive tailored conditioning regimen at Real Madrid City in Valdebebas, displayed blistering sharp finishing in full training scrimmages this week. The 25-year-old French superstar has fully shaken off the minor thigh discomfort sustained against Alavés in late September.

Vinícius Júnior, widely recognized as the front-runner for the impending 2026 Ballon d’Or ceremony in Paris, has similarly rested and recharged after nursing minor cervical stiffness following Madrid’s 2–0 win over Villarreal.

"Both Kylian and Vinícius are feeling sensational," Ancelotti affirmed during his pre-match press briefing in Galicia. "The international window provided them with precious recovery time and focused physical conditioning. They look faster, sharper, and completely synchronized on the pitch. They will both start tonight against Celta Vigo."

With Jude Bellingham operating just behind the dynamic duo in Madrid’s fluid 4-3-1-2 attacking setup, Ancelotti views tonight’s match at the Estadio Abanca-Balaídos as a pivotal platform to solidify Madrid’s tactical rhythm prior to a monumental week featuring Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League and FC Barcelona in El Clásico.

Real Madrid remain unbeaten in La Liga across 41 matches, and a victory tonight would bring them level on points with leaders Barcelona, applying maximum pressure ahead of Sunday’s fixtures.

Defensive stalwart Dani Carvajal remains the sole major absentee following his knee surgery, with Lucas Vázquez slated to start at right-back and vice-captain Luka Modrić poised to control tempo in the central third.
